Email Notifications: our emails don't arrive.

    Hi, since a couple of days the forms we sent are not arriving anymore. This has worked flawless before. When I use the test button for the email setting, this works. But the forms don't arrive and are not in our spam box. Can you help us to find out what is going wrong?

    It seems like you are using your own email address as the sender, could you please try using "noreply@jotform.com" as the sender to see if that makes a difference?

    Glad to know that it works with the default sender. Now, in regards to your own sender, the issue could be related to your SMTP credentials, please make sure to be using the correct ones, and try to set them up again: https://www.jotform.com/help/241-How-to-Edit-Delete-Sender-Emails-on-SMTP-Settings
