Request for refund for duplicate charges

    Hi I dont know what is going on with my account but it appears that I have more then one subscription under one account. I keep getting emails to say my subscrition is out of upload limit space but I am paying $5 dollars a month which should give me unlimited space.

    The forms on my site are not working and it is causing me loss of business.

    I think I am being charged for more than 1 subscription.


    Please rectify and advise.

    I checked your account and it does look like you have multiple Storage subscriptions.  We can go ahead and refund the duplicate charges, just let us know if you'd like to keep the one billing on the 25th or the 7th of each month.

    As for the file storage issue, Storage subscriptions only allow for increased submission storage, not file storage.  Storage accounts have the same limits as Free accounts with the exception of stored submissions, which are unlimited, but file storage would still be 100MB.  You can check account limits from the account usage page:
