    Still submitting as SSL?

Asked by CrossroadsGuide on January 14, 2013 at 08:20 PM

I received a notification email saying that we were almost at quota for the SSL submissions (10 submissions), so I went and changed the form and iframe URL unsecure, then double checked the other forms (even though that was the only one set to SSL). I submitted a test to make sure it was still working and was no longer set to secure, but somehow it was still considered an SSL submission, which pushed me over the quota.

The account is set to be disabled tomorrow at noon (Jan 15th). Is there a way to postpone the deactivation, and is there something else that needs to be done to make sure that submissions are not marked as SSL?

    Thank you for your time.

Your account should be fine now. If you've embedded your forms somewhere else, please let us know the website URL so we can check it here.
