URGENT! PDF Submission format

Hi, We noticed today our Candidate Personal Detail pdf submission page 4 onward has changed from what we have previously customised. How can this happened? Now the fields are all over and not following the form sequence. We urgently need this to be fix as the info is all over and not as what we have previous customised

I did check your form's submission PDF template and it displays as displayed in the screenshot below:

As you can see the formatting starting page 6 below goes wonky e.g the gender suppose to be in-line with the Name & ID. Now the Name is at the top, ID in the middle and gender is somehow at the bottom. We have to redo page-by-page again and again but the formatting keeps on changing every now and then. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

Have you designed it again? I would suggest you to monitor your PDF and get back to us if the issue persists.

yes we redesign the whole pdf again and hopefully this is the last redesign we will ever need :(

You should not have problem. Do get back to us if your PDF format changes again automatically, we will report it to our backend team.
