Creating multiple sub-users with different permissions

Hello - Is it possible to include multiple users on one account?  I particularly am interested in setting it up so multiple users can create different forms, and the data from those forms would only be visible to designated users.  This is to ensure FERPA compliance at our school according to our policies.

Only JotForm Enterprise users can add or manage sub-accounts to collaborate with others. 

However it's possible to define users who have "edit only" and/or "view submission" permissions for Enterprise users.
