Blank table when submitted (only from 1 email address)

    There is a section on my form that when filled out with a quantity and submitted it does not show on the submission, see below (Betty Lou Section, Peanut Butter Balls was filled out with a quantity of 1, but did not show up). We are only having this problem coming from one person, it is not causing a problem for all people that submit it. We have had the customer do a hard refresh and clear their cache, but would like to know if there is another way around this so that the people submitting do not have to do a hard refresh in order for it work?

    I have checked your account and I see that the form you are referring to in your screenshot is shared with your account by another account (main).

    You mentioned that the issue only happened to just one particular form respondent and it looks like, to me, that the issue was just temporary that "might" be related to the browser that was used in filling up the form.

    Right now, I will not be able to provide any suggestion on how this can be prevented. However, I would suggest that you make an observation to know how the issue can be reproduced when it happens again.
