I have forgotten my password. I have gone through the process to reset my password several times - I entered my email address which was recognised but the promised email never arrives. Either the email is not being sent or my ISP is filtering it out - I have no control over their spam filter settings.

Problem solved - guessed the password after multiple attempts.
