I have 2 forms on my account. One successfully gets forwarded to my email, the other doesn't. Both arrive in my jotform account but one doesn't get forwarded. Can you help?

Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. The issue had something to do with email notification which you don't have in your form. To fixed this problem, please add email alert into your form for you to received notification.
