Purchase Order. Please reactivate our account

    We have a PO in that was not due until later this month. We have contacted BlueSnap and they have the PO and said they could do nothing. We as the customer are stuck in the middle. Can we please get our account activated again. I attached a screenshot of the check and shipping.

    Unfortunately, we cannot upgrade the account until the payment is cleared.

    As of this moment, I checked your account and it is in good condition. Your forms are also working properly under the Free account.
