Our company is not receiving email notifications of our customer's jotform submissions.

    I have tested the email account that we've listed for the recipient email, and it is functioning properly. I've also tried substituting different email accounts and none of them appear to work for notification purposes, although they work fine outside of jotform.

    Hi there,

    Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. Your email address is in our bouncelist which causing this issue. I'll remove it for you and it should be working fine now. Here's the reason.

    Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'#5.1.0 Address rejected.'
