I can't access my account

    The username and password I have recorded do not seem to be working. And when I try to have an email sent to my email address, it does not work. But I just got a message from Jotform to the same email address warning me that I was over limit for receiving paypal payment through the form. How can I resolve accessing my account? I would like to upgrade so I can continue having people signup for my event.
