Hey guys, quick question.
I went ahead and did a test on the form attached in this email. The customer was created in authorize.net, but the customer was not charged anything. I am thinking, because I have made a subscription to charge monthly, maybe it wont charge until 1 month has passed? Please let me know on this. I would like the customer to charged instantly (in this case 19.97/month) and every month thereafter until cancelled.
I was also wondering, is there a way to add a FREE 3 day trial onto this form? I would love to offer my customers a free 3 day trial, after the 3rd day (unless they've cancelled), the will be charged. And every 30 days after that.
Please let me know on the above.
Thank you!
Joe D

If you have enabled the Trial Period option of the subscription then it will be free for the first month. Which means the user will not be charged yet until the next billing cycle after subscribing.
I suggest that you disable the option so your users will be charged when they subscribed.
Also, I would like to apologize for any inconvenience. However, unlike PayPal or Stripe, setting a specific Trial Period for subscriptions in Authorize.Net integration is not possible.
