I want a User to make mulitple drop selections, add pictures, etc. After hitting Submit, I would like to return to the top of the form with all of the current User entries still in place.  The User might only modify 1 or 2 choices from his initial selections. I would like them to be able to modify/change without having to re-enter all new entries then Submit the 2nd form selections.

Hi, so if i'm understanding all of this correctly you basically want to allow the form's info to serve as a editable preview on the same formpage that takes them back to the top to review it before submission?

I also see that you are mentionion a second form so I take it you have the submit redirect them to a second form then?

Could you please confirm this is what you are trying to achieve and if not please correct me if i've misunderstood you.

    Correct on the first sentence.
User is going to submit 2 forms (actually same form twice within the same session). Selections are made on the first submission. I might have 12 questions. Upon submission of the first form, I would like to go back to the top of the form with all of the selections already showing the choices from the first submission. That way they can edit only the questions necessary (maybe only 1 or 2 of the original 12 questions) to submit the form a 2nd time with a couple bits of different info.

    Thank you for provided information.

    1. It is possible to add a 'confirmation page', using the following work around:

    Confirmation Page Tricks

Unfortunately, it might not work for you, since the Edit action will not submit a new form entry, it will edit the first submission.

    2. It is possible to add a link to the Email / form Thank You Page that will prepopulate the form based on the first submission.

You may submit the following form to see how it works:

Note that upload fields can not be prepopulated.
