I have a multi-select picklist in Salesforce that my checkbox fields (JotForm) are mapped to. When I do a test submission with "Other" and fill in a value, it comes into Salesforce but when I try to update values in the multi-select picklist on a record, the "other" value changes to the first option in my checkbox list.
Is there any solution to having the "other" option keep its value within Salesforce?

I have been testing this and noticed the issue happens since the Multi-Select Picklist element requires to have predefined options, so that means that you must have the same options on your check box in JotForm and your Multi-Select element, when you enable the other option, the user enters their own option which does not exist on the Multi-Select, that's why it sets the first one again.
You need to either disable the other option or map the field from JotForm to a check box instead.
Thanks.
