I just upgraded my personal jotform account, however it did not upgrade the right account. It upgraded my work account.

    My work account mmsellis was already a professional account that was just renewed in December.  The monthly upgrade was supposed to go to jimellis75.

    You were probably logged into your work account , that's why it upgraded the incorrect one

    I have now downgraded mmsellis  from Professional to Premium 

    While have upgraded jimellis75 to Professional
