I gave this a try with my own JotForm and Dropbox account and here's how it turned out:
The app showed the final page with a successful integration.
There's a chance it's due to an outdated API key. Can you please try the following to see if it will make any difference:
1. Go to your Account's API page and remove the Excel2Cloud authorized app.
(then, give it another try afterwards)
2. If it still doesn't work, try creating a new API key.
(then, try the Reports2Cloud app one more time)
3. If you're still seeing an API error on the final page, try loading the app using its secured URL https://reports2cloud.jotform.io/ (just in case you're using the non-https link).
