An image we use on multiple forms isn't loading

Hello, we put our logo on a lot of our forms.  Just noticed that it's showing up as a broken link.  I took a quick look at the HTML and it points to some AWS bucket that I've never heard of, so I'm guessing that's where y'all stash user uploaded images.  Anyway, this is affecting a lot of our forms, so if you wouldn't mind taking a look and advising me on whether it's something that can be fixed on your end, or what the next steps are?

The image URL seems incomplete, some part of it is missing. They might have been stripped.

I suggest to upload the image on your server or somewhere else, then replace the image URL on your form.

Alternatively, you can use the image tool and upload the image separately.
