Hi, in one of my forms, there is a whole slew of questions that should only be made visible when the user selects "Yes" for the question "Has your vehicle information changed since your last rotation".
If the question is empty or the user selects "No", then everything after that question should remain hidden. It works beautifully on the user's side.
However, when it comes to us in pdf, some of the fields that should be hidden are visible. These fields are either text fields or image fields and I suspect that is why they are showing up still. Is there a way to hide them?
Please help!

You need to enable the Hide Empty Fields in the PDF Layout Settings. Here's a screencast guide that you can follow:
Give it a try and let us know if you have questions. Thank you.

Hi - I've done this already. It makes no difference. Like i said in my question - it may be because the fields i want to hide are text or image fields and NOT questions. Therefore, they can't technically be "empty" or "filled".
Does that make sense?
Thank you.

There's no option in the JotForm sheets to disable the Show Header and Text option. Please try this workaround:
1. In the JotForm Sheets, click the Switch to the Old Version button.
2. In the Submission Panel, click the Gear icon and disable the Show Header and Texts option.

Hi - this is not helpful. I DO want to see the headers and text. Nevermind.
