form disabled

    HI there,


    I've just included a jotform on my contact website but, when my clients want to submit their message, it says that this form has been disabled.

    What can I do? Thanks for your answer

    I can see the form using the URL of the website you provide.

    Please tell us if this is not your form instead.

    I suggest you also create a JotForm free account. Instead of using only a guest account.
