Personally i use Ip.Board. Will be extremely useful to expand your integrations, to forum engines like IP.Board or Vbulletin. Gamers like Guilds or Clans around the world will use your forms to be able to have new members invited to them, which is one of the most common thing around online games at the moment.
I use your forms many years now, was a payed members in the past, but although they offer very good usability, i cant make them integrate for example with my forum.I want for example have a form, which when applied by the user, create a single post inside forum with username / password of the user that filled it in.Can i do that with another way?
Thnx, hope you can consider this ;)

Please check this article in one of JotForm's guide.
Using a registration type form(not a login form..), you can make your target users sign up a form, then collect submissions data into your database (preferrably MySQL).
If you can build the database, you can then easily output this to the front-end using your vbulletin or forum platform.
Hope this help. Do inform us if you have further input/ideas that you need to share.

Hello again, unfortunatelly my knowledge is not good to build that. Let me ask differently.
Have you thought to add a new field, to be able to have "comments" after a user submit a form? Just a simple page, where his submitted application will appear, and he may add comments or added by others. Is that possible?
- c3rbAnswered on January 22, 2013 at 09:07 AM
I could build a custom page and put a comments box for example, but then all comments would be visible in all users. What i mean is each time someone complete a form, have his own comment box. Will be extremely useful

Please check this cms application(Memberkit). It is part of JotForm too.
Can you also clarify if what you need is for the users not to be able to view each others post? So, the comment box comments will not be read by the public?
Tell us if this is something useful to what you need.

Hello Jonathan and thank you for your reply,
Let me explain what i mean:
For years now, i have used your forms by having the embeded code in my frontpage Joomla Powered Site, and when someone apply to it, i could reply to him, by email.
The last year, i stopped using your forms, and started use a IP.Board Thread, where users filled some fields and then i could reply below with a new post and also be able to be visible this "form" to some other users (we call it officers in World of Warcraft) who decide then about the user that applied through form.
Now, my desire is to combine Jotform again, as i find the way i create the form superior of a simple form in a thread, with a way to be able to reply below each form and have the ability to give some other specific users to reply as well.
To do so, the best way would be to have some sort of integration between IP.Board and Jotform, and when a user fills in a new form, automatically, being posted in a thread in a specific forum and then be able to reply below with new posts. Because my knowledge is very limited i cant do that and i cant find someone to do it for me even with some cost.
I saw recently that when someone fills in a form in Jotform, have the ability to send an "edit" link where he could enters and change some of the fields he filled in previously. So what i proposed, is to have there, in his link and only his link a comment box where we could reply for his filled form and respond and he could respond as well. And the comments will be visible to the ones that have that very link. And to advance it more, when a new comment is being posted, an email notification would go to the user that first applied. A simple comment box, just name, email (for further notifications) and his post. Nothing complicated.
And when a second user fill the form, and therefore a second link is being created where he could go an edit the new form, a new comment box appear and whoever have the link, can go and comment. And etc etc.
Is that possible do u believe?
I will check memberskit and reply back to see if its something similar ;)

Memberskit its way too expensive for the needs i want to have. When you find time, please do reply on the above, ty again.

I believe that what you are looking for is something really beyong what Jotform can do. We don't have integration with IP Board either.
I think IP Board (Community discussions software) has the ability to let you subscribe to a forum thread so you will get a notifications to your email for every response and of course, comment or reponse function is there and the ability to edit your own post is also available. I have been using IP Board, vBulletin and SMF software and all the functions above that you have mention is available to them (built in).
Thank you very much.

Agree, its inside, except the ability to create a wonderful form like Jotform. So an integration would be very nice.
Anyway, thnx again

Such a great feedback but I am really sorry to say that I am not sure if integration with IP Board is possible, I have just check IP Board website but can't seems to find any developers tools on them.
You are always welcome. Thanks and have a great day!

Just for the shake of the talk and without know if its big trouble or not: To put lets say to Survey Tools in the form, the ability to add a simple comment box in the form, so when the user edit it, be able to read or write comments, its so much trouble? Wouldnt be so ideal, but it will solve some short of usability.

Are you looking for JotForm - IP Board Integration in which when form users fill the form, the data will be automatically forwarded to your IP Board Forum as a new thread? Please note that IP Board is a dicussions forum script where user's able to download and install it on their servers, in other words the script is not hosted on a static site. Sorry to say but JotForm only integrates on stable services. We don't do integrations on downloadable forum softwares. I hate to say this but you have to manually do the integration yourself which I don't think if it's possible.
Thanks for your understanding.
