Hi There,
I am looking at using Jotform to build a camp registration form to colelct registrations and take payments. For this form, we will have several options, camping, staying in a cabin, staying in a private cabin, etc. For some of these options, we will have a limited number of possible rooms available.
Is it possible through jotform to limit the number of times total that people select certain options? For example, is it possible to add logic so that if 5 people purchase cabin rooms, it removes or greys out the cabin option? This would help us not have to reach back out and manage registrations so actively.
Thanks,
Grant

In order to limit the seats or registrations, you may consider using one of the following widgets on our form.
https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/inventory
https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/ticket_purchases
https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/gift_registry
https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/quantity_gift_registry
If your form is also involved with payments, please refer to the following guide that can help you with this.

Hope this information helps!
