How do I remove a faulty form?

Sorry to be a pain but I thought that I had sent this yesterday. However, as I have not recieved the usual quick response from you, maybe it did not actually send.

After a lot of trouble, I created a pdf form that I was satisfied with but when I embeded it into our website it bears little resemblence to what I had constructed. How do I remove it to try again?

Do you mean to say that you have shared the PDF form on your web page? Could you share the web page URL where the PDF form is being displayed? This would help us in taking a look at the web page and we may be able to guide you in the right direction.
