I have 2 forms and my childcare form is emailing though to me but the afternoon classes form just stays in the Jot Form inbox and I'm not getting it emailed to my email account. Could you please help me.

I checked your logs and Afternoon class form is sent from SMTP set email address:
As you can see from this logs:
Your form, Afternoon class (marked in yellow in the logs above), is sent from that SMTP email. So please check the configuration of the sender email or you can switch sender email to noreply@jotform.com here https://www.jotform.com/build/61783523042856/settings/emails
