Payments limit at JotForm

What do you mean by Receiving 3 Payments under a plan versus 100 payments. Is that per month, year, or per form? 

This is a monthly, per account limit. We reset the limits on the first of each month.

For example, with our free plan, you can receive up to 3 payment submissions each month. If you upgrade to the Silver plan, you will be able to receive up to 100 payment submissions each month.
