    If I migrate my forms from v2 to v3, will all the previous submissions be transferred as well?

    I'm trying to clean up my old v2 forms and data in preparation for moving to v3.

    However, one of my forms shows 152 submissions, but when I pull the report only 42 submissions come through. As best I can tell we are missing all of the submissions from November 1, 2010 to March 3, 2011, as well as March 3-6 and after March 6.

    Trying to delete old data submissions has not helped.

    I need to export that data as an excel spreadsheet for our data base. Any ideas how I can do this?

    Once we have this figured out, we'll be able to move on to migrating all of our forms over to v3. I'm very excited about using all the new features, but right now we're being held up by this v2 report problem.

    I appreciate any help on this.

    You must first make sure that you have everything. Whatever you have on your account will be transferred to the new version. If you do not have submissions for a form, it will not be transferred.

    So, I did go ahead and restored your 11170143174 form submissions. Please check everything now.

    Hi there,

    I'm having a similar problem with another form that I'm preparing to switch over to v3. It is showing that there are 1042 submissions, but only 853 show up when I pull the report. We need the full report before we switch over.

    Please open separate threads for new questions. Do not use this thread to post about a form that missed submissions.

    The form 93193049691 has submissions on both v2 and v3. If we migrate your account to v3, you will lose the submissions you currently have on v3. So, you should access the older submissions from v2. I restored them on v2 now.
