When I revert back to the free version on Decmber 24 will I lose the five jotform templates that I have ?

I have been using jot form for 5 + years, but my needs are low now so if I know what to expect come the 'downgrade' that will be really useful. 

If you downgrade to a Free account, you would not lose any of the forms or data you currently have.  It looks like you are well within the Free account limits so I see no issue with doing so.  We are having a sale on subscriptions currently that runs until the end of the year.  If you do decide you'd like a subscription again before then, there are discounted subscriptions available.
