Hey @polishcorner - That message means you haven't configured your PayPal account with the payment field yet. Make sure you will configure your PayPal Email Address on the PAYPAL ACCOUNT section (#3 on the image below):

Yes, if you want to accept payment immediately.
Can we just receive orders and process payments later?
Yes, this is possible here in JotForm. You will need to use the Purchase Order tool, it allows you to create payment forms without payment vendor integration. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/460-How-to-Create-Payment-Form-with-Purchase-Order
