How Can I download a single submission as a PDF. Everytime I try it downloads all submissions in multi page PDF's?

Once you load the PDF editor, simply click on the "Download" button, and it will download only the specific submission you are viewing:

If that button downloads all the submissions at once. Please specify what is the form where this is happening, so we can test further.
