PDF editor images split across 2 pages.

I noted that there was a separate post on this and it was apparently resolved.

On my Job Sheet form, I have actually limited my images to one per field, so that there wouldn't be multiple images. However, i still notice that when I download the PDF, the images are still split across 2 pages.

On a separate note, I think it would be good if the PDF editor allows the feature of Header / Footer.

Attached the screenshot of the downloaded PDF: http://prntscr.com/ltvczi

Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you.

I have been checking your form, but I was unable to replicate the mentioned issue, the images seem to be displaying on each image separately.

Also, I noticed that on the PDF editor the images display properly as well, may you please confirm this too?

I would recommend you to try the following:

    - Delete the current PDF document and add a new one.

Here's how to get the PDF editor:

Here's how to delete the current document, it will automatically add a new one:

    I hope this helps.

The problem still exist even though i created a new one from scratch.

You can look at submission 8 or 16 to see the problem. The image may be split in half , at the end of page 1 and the other half on the start of page 2.

This occurs both in the PDF editor and also in the PDF that is downloaded.

I have checked your submissions and I can see they display properly, I also cloned your form and was testing the images on my PDF report, I can see they display properly as well, here is a screen-cast about my test:

PDF editor images split across 2 pages. Image 10

Now, while editing the PDF report, I can see the image splits between two pages, but this is resolved by re positioning the image, example:

PDF editor images split across 2 pages. Image 21

Please kindly try doing the same and let us know how it goes.

We want this to be automated, and sent to the clients once it is submitted. Therefore it would not be possible to rearrange the images just so that the PDF is presented correctly.

We need every single PDF to be submitted correctly.

Could i also verify that the Image 1 and Image 1 Remarks would be displayed on the same line? Because I see in the implementation, if Image 1 goes to the next page because it is too long, Image 1 Remarks stays in the current page and does not go into the next page.

Is there any way to make sure that both fields are aligned in the same page, and not have one field breaking across while leaving the other field behind?

I assume that this issue is related to the Nature Landscapes Job Sheet form. I checked the submissions 8 and 16, but I am unable to replicate the original issue you reported with the image being displayed on two pages.

Were you able to resolve this issue by rearranging the form fields inside of the PDF?

If the issue still persists on some other submissions, please let us know and provide us the submission ID.

I moved your other question to a separate thread - https://www.jotform.com/answers/1676378
