I guess, your question is about your account status. I can see that you have been overlimited on using SSL (secure) submissions. I suggest you to use the normal submissions instead so you can received up to 100 submissions.
I have reset your SSL Counter but we can only do this once. Please be sure to change all your form to none SSL.
