Instead of the application form I just want to send pdf.

    Can you submit just the PDF and not as a downloadable attachment but instead of the sumbission form?

    No. When a form
    Is submitted, the response sent to the recipient is the grided submission details. You can add a PDF link to be able to download the PDF separately but I am wanting to know if the sent submission could somehow be the PDF instead of the grid of responses?
    I would like the recipient to see the nicely formatted PDF when they receive a autoresponder and also not have to download it, have it just be in the body of the response.

    If I understood correctly, you want to embed a PDF report to the body of an Autoresponder Email. That is not possible. 

    Your users can download PDF attachment or view it inside of a browser. 

    If you don't like the Autoresponder Email table where all the data is also shown, you can customize it.

    Could I please jump on a call with someone today to help with the
    disappearing fields issue I am experiencing. I am BEYOND frustrated at this
    point.
    I have tried adding the form fields to the top of the form as they were
    getting cut off on the bottom, to see if that made any difference to the
    email notification and it did not...
    No idea why this isn't working!!!

    Hello,
    I managed to get the cut off issue to stop happening by erasing the grid
    and putting all the values into the body of the notification templates,
    however, now certain field values aren't showing on the submitted
    notification email....
    Homeowner collects GST EVH provides cleaning:
    {10Elite127} is input and is filled in on the page but does not show up on
    the output.
    I also tried {1027} and not working either....
    (Note the value {1027 is the one that populated from the field input
    dropdown, however, all the others have the name in the middle, id "Elite"
    or "Owner" so I added it in to see if it would work but it wouldn't....)
