    Form not responding on-click

    Asked by daniellec on January 18, 2013 at 04:10 PM

    Usually it highlights and you can type in the form, it just clicks and stays a cursor on hover and wont let me type or anything. acting as if it was a solid image. I tested it on PC (IE9) and it worked, but I tested it also on my mac in Safari, Chrome and Firefox and it doesn't work. Strange? Let me know if you can help, thanks so much!

    Thank you for contacting us.

    The issue is related to the slider control div on your website that has a minimum height of 900 pixels.

    That div is blocking the content of the form. You may try to decrease the minimum slider height to solve this issue.

    Related CSS file on your website:

    Try to change the min-height from 900 to 340 pixels.

    Original CSS:

    #featured-slider .slides_control { min-height: 900px; }

    Changed CSS:

    #featured-slider .slides_control { min-height: 340px; }

    Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance.
