Change payment date for subscribers recurring payments.

I have subscribers that registered for my program through JotForm and submit payment through the PayPal plugin. I would like to change the date of the recurring payments that go to my PayPal account from subscribers. I spoke with PayPal customer service and was told that this needs to be done through JotForm. Please help. 

Unfortunately, that is not possible. Your users will be charged on the same day each month when a form was submitted. If a user wants to be charged on a specific date, he can submit a form on that date.
