Why isn't the correct data being shown in the place of field results on the new pdf form which is attached to the autoresponders email please?

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that correct question data is not being displayed in the submission PDF?
To check this issue, we will have to check your form's submission page and since your form's submission data is stored in EU datacenter, it can only be checked by one of our support team members from EU region.

Is the issue related to the style or your PDF report or is the data from some fields missing in a PDF report?
I checked your submissions and I saw that you customized your PDF report. The PDF looks different than on the screenshot you provided. Was this done before or after you reported this issue?
I tested your form and the correct PDF report was attached to the Autoresponder I received.
Were you able to resolve the issue? If not, please provide us more details about the issue.
