When applicants submit their application, I have the uploaded file linked to my dropbox, from December 18th no new files have been received in my dropbox, yet 200 applicants have submitted their file?

Hello, just to let you know, I found all the submitted files in a different folder in my dropbox, not sure why they started dropping into a different folder?

You should be able to find the Submitted files to your Dropbox folder -> Jotform -> Sub Folder (each submission).
Are they not on this order? If so, can you please try re-integrating your form to Dropbox. This might help.
