Not receiving notifications for submitted forms through my website

    Hi,

    Apparently I am not receiving email notifications for when forms are submitted through my website; neither are the forms showing here in Jotform in the history. Please help so that I don't keep losing business from not responding to requests.

    Yes, it is www.hartassoc-consulting.com.

    The form I for sure am having issues with (I haven't re-tested them all) is under Client Services > Monthly Services > Pro Package (Request Service).

    I've tried submitting one of your form "Monthly Service Request 2018" form and it shows in our logs that it went through. Can you please confirm if you receive any notification from my submission?

    Hi, I am still not receiving any email notifications, although when I log in directly through JotForm the site now shows the additional submissions that were made in the last few days (which didn’t show earlier today).

    I can see that emails for your form are set up to be sent via your SMTP. Could you please check if it's settings are correct?

    Hi,

    I did review the email settings and they were correct for SSL. I went ahead and changed them to TLS, but I’m still not receiving any notifications (I submitted another test form submission).

    Did you verify if all the SMTP information were all correct?

    Also, have you tried the "Verified" option instead of "SMTP"?

    I did verify all SMTP information was correct. I did not try the Verified option – I did not see that option. Also, with the settings currently in place, this set up originally worked just fine. So I don’t see why I should have to change the option to a new set up at this point.

    The reason I ask was to further isolate the issue. I've made another submission and it successfully forwarded the email from our mail server's end. This means that the only problem here is the receiving part.

    I would suggest that you also reach out to your email provider to check whether @jotform domain is being filtered. You can add another recipient to the notification to test whether the issue is with your @hartassoc-consulting.com domain or not.
