Intermittent failures to upload attachments

Are you guys having sporadic problems with attachments today? A form that we have been using perfectly fine for three months is intermittently failing to properly process uploaded attachments today. The file looks like it's uploaded OK but upon submission, the attachment is not uploaded to Jotform.

We've seen some reports, but we are not able to replicate it consistently. It sometimes submits the form even with multiple files upload but most of the time it throws an error.

Can you please confirm by testing it by uploading individual file then test it with multiple attachments or uploading by groups.
