    Dear Jotform Team,


    I didnt mean harm or abuse anything, i got suspend for requesting username.

    I just want create game competition (PUBG Mobile event). It requires for personal data to my restaurant. If im wrong, forgive me, and please open my account. I will delete my form.

    Upon review of your account it was found the forms are requesting information to enter PUGB tournaments, this are sponsered solely by developers. Can you confirm you are a sponsor to reviewers@jotform.com ? Post it with the title Thread#1675239. This will make sure you get prompt assistance.

    Hi, thanks for replied my thread, im sorry, i dont get it. I just want create event in my cafe, i didnt have any coorporation with PUBG developer. 

    This form i will use only for register event in my cafe.


    If this wrong, please just delete it and i wont create any form like this.

    And i still need to use my another form in that account.

    (For e.g: Shopping for raw material needs).
