I used a free user's form yesterday and was told I am over quota and that the form will be disabled as of Monday morning. I've upgraded my account today to a premium account in order to keep it working. Does that mean I will be able to continue using the same form or will I have to create a new form and update the source code?

You may continue using the form as is. No update is necessary.
