How to download PDF template and insert signature field?

Hello, could you please advise which is the best template to use if we want to create a form that captures lots of customer information (both text and numbers) that is downloadable and can also be signed electronically.

To create a PDF Form you may refer to the template's categories. You may check the categories as per your requirements.

To use a signature in Form, you may drag-drop the signature field from the Form elements to the Form.
