How do I get a report to only show those that been approved using a hidAsked by gotcha on January 20, 2013 at 06:00 AM
How do I get a report to only show those that been approved using a hidden box.?
This is a re-post of a comment on How to assign a status to submissions
Unfortunately, that is not possible. All submissions will be visible in the report even if they are not marked as Approved.
Being able to sort these using data sort on excel would be a way around this? It is imperitive for me to see how many approved applicants I have, and also which sub user they were allocated to, is this possible?
You can download your submission data into excel: https://www.jotform.com/help/44-How-to-Export-Form-Data-to-Excel
And filter data if the status is equal to "approved". https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Filter-data-in-a-range-or-table-d80e0c9c-a930-4ec4-ab95-54271910faed
