Hi:
The contact that has worked with your company is no longer involved with the association that I manage (MAMA).
I am trying to get a password updated and if possible, change the username.
I pay the monthly invoices on the account.
Please let me know what is needed to make the changes.

What is the account username where you want to change the password? Do you currently have access to it? If you don't, please contact the person who last accessed it to request for the credentials.

She is not available to help us with this request.

I did check account "asgform" and found that the profile email address of this account is cma*****@airportsolutionsgroup.com
Do you have access to this email address? Please note that password reset instruction is sent to profile email address. If you have access to the above email, you can reset your account password by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link which is in "Sign In" window.
