    Getting different info from notification

Asked by ctphoto on January 20, 2013 at 12:28 PM

I have a notification set up to e-mail me the names of file(s) uploaded to my FTP. Sometimes it just shows the files names, sometimes it shows the whole path. I would prefer just the file name. I can only attach one screen shot to this post so I am posting the complete path version. Any way to fix this so it only sends me just the file name(s)?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to have the file name of the uploaded file instead of the file URL.

Let us know if you have further questions or concerns. Thank you!

I do get it without the path from time to time, its inconsistent. Unfortunately I can't attach a screen shot of it to this reply.

Here's one way to attach screenshots to a reply. Incidentally, in the case of images, would this solution be of any help?

Well I just figured something out. I tried adding the {IMG:uploadImage::200} after my upload file tag and now it is giving me the results I wanted, no long path name. It however does not create a thumbnail but I really do not care about that. This is the line I have in the notification, {youCan}{IMG:uploadImage::200} , "youCan" is my upload field.

Notification e-mail body to me looks like this after uploading test files: perfect
