Our form does not work without a VPN in China

Hi i am using your template for my platform.   But in China without Vpn my page show blank..  

Can you please confirm with me if your form is unable in China or ...

Our form.jotform.com domain is blocked in China. I see previous tickets regarding this matter is still pending. The workaround would be to change your form domain from form.jotform.com to www.jotform.com, so use the following form embed script instead:
