I just got a bronze acct on Saturday and had to upgrade it to silver yesterday, I didn’t realize there was a limit on payments received. So now I’ve paid 19 + 39 can I be refunded the original 19. I should have only had to pay the difference to upgrade.
my second question is I set it up to charge a 2.01 processing fee, however it’s not doing that. How can I fix this? -

We have refunded the Bronze subscription(I-6Y61MVP4T8FA), please make sure to cancel it at PayPal's site to prevent double charges. Your second question will be addressed in a separate thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1678186
