The PDF attachment to the Autoresponder email is showing only 3 questions.

    The PDF editor shows all the fields from my form, but when I'm testing the form, the attached PDF is only showing the first three questions and not the rest of them.

    Could you please configure another document from the PDF editor in the PDF attachment and try sending a test submission in your Form?
