I received all fields except for the Phone number in Zoho CRM integration

    Hello,


    Please help me solving Lead data send to the Zoho CRM. I have recived all the lead data from the jotform to the Zoho CRM except phone field data.


    Please share any suggestions with me.

    It's the Field Type that's causing the problem. You're using our Short Text Entry field. You should use the Phone Number field to fix that.

    Thanks for the response.

    But could not add this Phone Numebr field in our form because we used html format of jotform  insted of iframe so. 

    Please send me any other suggestions.

    Try enabling the input mask in your text field, see the screenshot below.

    Input Mask value: (###) ###-####
