How can I change my username?

We can do it for you. You only need to give us the new username that you would like to use. Give us two more usernames as a backup just in case the first one is no longer available. 

Also, letting you know in advance that changing your username will affect your current Custom Form URL - if you're having one for your form(s). They will not work after the new username is used. You will have to re-publish the form URL with the new username in it.
