Hello, we overlooked renewing our subscription plan and it was cancelled. We recently renewed it however forms on our website are still not working. Please advise if we need to do anything else to reactivate them.

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your account "kellye" and it seems it is deleted. I have gone ahead and activated your account again. All your forms are back online and should work as expected.
Please test your embedded form and get back to us if the issue persists.

I am sorry for the confusion, but the account "kellye" was created in error and needs to be deleted. I created it by mistake while troubleshooting our correct account "JFSannarbor". I fixed the issue with our "JFSannarbor" account and everything is working properly now. Please, delete the account "kellye".
