We tried to upgrade with two cards but both are declined

    Hello,

    We are trying to upgrade the account, and have tried 2 different credit cards, but both are being declined. But both cards we tried are legit, and have worked elsewhere.

    Please advise

    We used Stripe for Credit Card payments. Hongkong is one of the countries supported by Stripe, so the problem could be with authorization from your bank. Please check with them to see if a transaction is blocked, and ask them to allow payments to Jotform through Stripe. 

    If you are in a hurry, we can give you an alternate link for payment. Just please let us know the plan that you'd like to get, and if it's the monthly or yearly or bi-yearly.

    Ah, ok, I am using a VPN, will change my location and try it again. If I still have an issue, we can try the alternate link. Thank you!

    So changing my VPN location did not solve the issue. May you please send the alternate link for payment? We are trying to get the bronze plan with the holiday discount of 1 year for $114.
